Borneo - Victor Nemeth MD

In April/May 2019 I went  to Borneo on a photo tour. The tour was put on by Oryx Worldwide Photographic Expeditions. It was a great trip lead by our guide Dale Morris. Borneo is the third largest island in the world. It is made up of three countries Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. We spent the main portion of the trip in Sabah a state of Malaysia. We visited four lodges. Each lodge was unique and offered a great variety of wildlife. The wildlife ranged from the tiniest of insects to pygmy elephants. The wildlife also included Gibbon and Macaque Monkeys, Orangutans, Proboscis Monkeys, Palm and Malay Civet, several Kingfishers and Hornbills , otters, frogs , butterflies , moths and Leopard cats just to name some of the things we saw. The weather was hot , humid and mostly sunny. I have posted a large gallery as it was impossible to try and limit the many great images I was able to capture during my visit
