In April, 2022 I went on a photo safari to Baffin Island, Canada. We flew from Ottawa through Iqaluit to Qikiqtarjuaq in the Canadian territory of Nunavut. This is in the  Arctic on Baffin Island. The goal was to photograph Polar Bears. There are ~2700 Polar Bears on the island. We saw 7 Polar Bears but didn't get the close up images I had hoped for. The scenery was beautiful the weather mostly clear and cold down to -20 degrees. We rode around on Inuit sleds called qamutik. The trip was run by Arctic Kingdom and our guides were local Inuits. Very friendly and knowledgeable.  We camped in tents on the 6 foot thick ice in the bays. It was a fun experience with fond memories
