November 2018 I visited Churchill Manitoba. I spent a week at the Churchill Wild Nanuk Lodge on the coast of Hudson Bay. I was hoping to catch the Polar Bears before they headed out on the pack ice. There was an early cold spell and there was already 4 miles of ice from the coast. The majority of the bears had already migrated out on the ice. I did get to see 6 Polar Bears and several Moose.

There was a fair number of Snowy Owls in the area but we had really no luck getting any decent images.

I had a fun time despite a wind chill  of -36 degrees. Its a great lodge with great guides.
