In June/July 2019 I visited the Alsace region of eastern France plus Paris France. We spent time in many of the picturesque small villages in Alsace. The area has some well preserved WW1 tunnels and  a WW2 Maginot Bunker. In Paris we did a day trip to WW2 Normandy beaches.
