Seney National Wildlife Refuge and Manistique Lake
Seney National Wildlife Refuge is a 95,000 acre refuge in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is home to a wide variety of wildlife but is best known for its large loon population. There are between 50-60 loons that are present during the breading season. The worlds oldest known loon lives there. It is a banded 25 year old male.
